What we do
Education:
We organise the annual Social Business Week in Singapore. This is a week-long public programme that includes public lectures and a two-day bootcamp for social entrepreneurs to develop and refine their social business plans. We also regularly host a TEDx event, TEDxKRP to showcase social innovations and entrepreneurs in Asia.
Incubation:
We provide budding social businesses seed funding, incubation space and mentoring services. Through the NUS Innovation & Entrepreneurship Practicum Grant, we offer grants of up to S$10,000 for NUS students with promising social business ideas to develop and implement their ideas. In addition, GCL@NUS draws from its resource base of social entrepreneurs-in-residence and mentors to lend their expertise and experience to these aspiring social entrepreneurs.
